This is the complete price list describing how Softclaims Germany GmbH (hereinafter "Softclaims", "we", "us") charges you in return for the services we provide. Please read it carefully.
We recommend that you do not use our services before you have read and understood this price list, our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this price list are to be understood in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, where all defined terms are explained.
Softclaims does not charge for the claim assessment, information services, or in the event that the compensation service does not result in you receiving flight compensation.
The compensation service covers the enforcement of your flight compensation claim against the airline. Softclaims operates on a no win, no fee basis.
This means Softclaims only charges you if we successfully obtain flight compensation for you.
If your claim is settled out of court (i.e. the airline pays after our demand letter without court proceedings), our fee is:
35% of the awarded compensation, plus statutory VAT (currently 19%).
If court proceedings are required, our fee is:
50% of the awarded compensation, plus statutory VAT (currently 19%).
This fee covers all costs of court enforcement, including court fees, lawyer fees and any enforcement costs. No additional costs apply to you.

The following table shows the amounts you receive after deduction of our fee:

The fee is deducted directly from the compensation amount before the remaining balance is transferred to you. You never need to pay upfront.
